Back from Vegas...

... what a trip.

Finished up a set of rings before I let and started in on the mats. Should have everything looking pretty solid by the end of the week. Now if my arm would just heal so I can workout again...

Anyways...

A lot has happened this week....

... ordered a pair of Rogue Olympic barbells. They are really nice and have a lifetime guarantee.

... got 2 pairs of 30# and 25# dumbells to go with the pair of 35# and 45#.

... finished the 2 pairs of paralettes.

... finished my wood rings and am just waiting on the buckles for the strapping. (3pairs) These came out really awesome!

... Made another plyo box just need to put the locking mech in.

... picked up 2 pairs of 45# bumper plates, 350 sq ft of gym mats and a cheapo barbell for benching with of Craigslist.

... Picked up some 5 ft lengths of PVC for warming up and form practice.

... ordered 2 10#, 4 25# and 2 35# bumpers from Jason at Wright Rubber.

... big party this weekend at the house so I'm not going to put down all the flooring yet, but I can't wait for everything to get here............

Pullup Bar


This was the first thing I made. As you can see there was still a big mess in the garage. Pretty easy to build once I figured out what I wanted it to look like...

Plyo Boxes


These weren't that tough to make. Just a little time consuming. I think they came out pretty well. They are each 12" tall and one box locks onto the other to make a 24" box...

Lifting Platform


Well this was a real pain in the butt to build by myself. Ended up screwing all three layers of this 10x8 platform together and then lifting it up onto 5 gal buckets to bolt on the rack. Good thing I have a decent deadlift.
