Finished up a set of rings before I let and started in on the mats. Should have everything looking pretty solid by the end of the week. Now if my arm would just heal so I can workout again...
Well this is my blog about the garage and getting it ready to crossfit in. I am not a Crossfit affiliate however I do have a level 1 certification. I'm planning on training friends for a few months to see if it is plausable to consider starting an affiliate.
