Well this is my blog about the garage and getting it ready to crossfit in. I am not a Crossfit affiliate however I do have a level 1 certification. I'm planning on training friends for a few months to see if it is plausable to consider starting an affiliate.
Who's ready to Crossfit... Its all on now!!! Just have to wait till my arm heals.... Shit!!!
